Alas, I never get e-mail from readers of this site.
But Joe does, and he forwarded a missive to me that requires action. Not prompt action, because the person wrote some time ago. Anyway! A pleasant Brazilian fellow named Aline (boy or girl, I'm clueless) wrote asking for the full lyrics to the Alphabet Song Rap from the Quantum Leap official soundtrack, as performed by Dean Stockwell.
Essentially, the song involves Dean -- in his guise as a hologram from the future named Al...just run with this -- trying to teach a mental patient the alphabet. Through rap. And many, many yellings of the phrase "SAY IT!"
![]() Our dear reader Aline wrote on Sept. 24 to ask, nay, URGE that we put the lyrics up.
Hi, With a request that kind and yet also that needy, how can I refuse? Therefore, to prove that Listen To Me pays attention to its readers, here are the lyrics for the Alphabet Song Rap, performed by the rapmeister general himself, "Dangerous" Dean Stockwell:

You're a loony tune in a big white room

Now life's not sweet it's a beat
'Cause you're my man, I'm a fan Say it!
A-B-C-D-E-F-G
A-B-C-D-E-F-G Say it!
A-B-C-D-E-F-G Say it!
A-B-C-D-E-F-G Say it!
A-B-C-D-E-F-G Say it!
A-B-C-D-E-F-G
